It all started when this wild child needed a creative outlet

…so my parents enrolled me in the Krefelder Musiktheater, a musical theater group in Nord Rhein-Westphalia. It’s okay if you’re reading this and wondering how the heck to pronounce these things, we’ll get to the American part soon!

When I was 12, I played Peter Pan, and from there I’ve never really looked back. I received a degree in Musical Theater from Theater Akademie August Everding in Munich, Germany. After college my career took off where I sang, danced, and acted in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy.

And, my personal favorite, as a punk rock queen in We Will Rock You; belting out some of Queen’s best music in Berlin!

At this point you’re probably wondering, how in the world did this lady end up in NYC?

I wanted a new adventure and really felt like I was missing something as a professional actor in Europe. In 2011 I bought a one-way ticket, got an apartment (a shoe-box really) in Washington Heights and found my home.

I longed for many years to go across the pond, though, (...oh...no...not the Atlantic, a smaller pond, the East River...) and now live in Gowanus, Brooklyn with my husband and pup, Eggnog! Most days you can find me singing backup for my husband's punk band, lifting weights at 6AM, going on walks for miles with Eggy, or rewatching Star Wars for the millionth time and trying to use the force to clean up my apartment.
